The Two-Tone Beanie and Scarf were where the whole knitwear program started for us this season. Taking inspiration from a couple vintage scarves, socks, and beanies from the 1960s, we set off on the two-tone journey with this beanie as the starting point. Once we realized the beauty in the high/low contrast of the beanie, we went further and developed the scarves and sweaters, and then into the Aran Knit Scarves.
Our Alpaca/Cotton yarns make their return for an unparalleled source of softness and warmth, sharing similar warming properties as cashmere. We always find ourselves drawn back to the undyed yarns, and this season was no exception. beanies should fit much like the Horseshoe Beanies.
